Doug & Lily Graham

Doug and Lily help lead the church when Clive and Sally are away and have started studying theology part time in Durham. Doug is also an RE teacher in a large secondary school Lily is also a trained teacher. They have two young boys and are expecting their third child. They lead a city group, ROOTS and kids church and often speak and lead worship.

Andy & Alison Bowie

Andy is a Senior Manager at an oil-related company, and Alison has successfully homeschooled their three children and now works in research for the Christian Institute. Team Bowie serve all across the church. Andy is one of our trustees and oversees all things practical at the Harvest building.

Andy & Antonia Charlton

Andy works as a Haematology consultant and Antonia as a GP in the NHS, They're raising 4 children and lead our music and band team at Harvest, Andy also serves as a trustee and Antonia as our safeguarding lead.

John & Gill Kamara

John works as a lecturer at Newcastle Uni and Gill works for the NHS in nursing. They live in Fenham  with their daughter and are often spotted out running! John is also the Harvest treasurer. 

Ben & Charis Doherty

Ben & Charis have 3 children. Ben works in finance and is a trustee for the church. Charis works at Harvest in a creative and events capacity and as a freelance designer. 

Jon & Joy Simmons

Jon works as an engineer for an oil-tech company and Joy is a midwife in a specialist role for the NHS. Between them they look after their 4 children and are our church go-to consultants for all things renovation, up-cycle and DIY!

Mary Gomez

Mary lives and works in South Shields with her grown-up children having moved here from South America. She's building a Latino community within the church and as a result a lot of the church is now learning Spanish through Duolingo! 

Steve & Caroline Foreman

Steve works for Children and Family Services at Newcastle Council and Caroline has left her teaching career to homeschool their 2 children, whilst also working as a tutor and examiner. They're got a big evangelistic heart for West Denton area and their city group is meeting and praying in this area.

Jose & Roxanna Amaya

Roxanna and Jose are recently married having met in Bogota, Colombia. Roxanna is a primary school teacher  and Jose worked in city planning but is starting a new adventure in the UK.
